The EmpowHERment Social was created for women entrepreneurs — & women in general— who are craving real connection and meaningful community here on Vancouver Island. Whether you’re a small business owner (product-based or service-based), working a 9–5, business-curious, or simply someone who loves community events, this space is for you.
Mission
The very first EmpowHERment Social took place in August 2025, and it was nothing short of incredible. The energy, the conversations, and the connections made it clear this was something special—and something worth continuing. Moving forward, the goal is to host one to two events each year, each with its own unique theme and experience.

I created the EmpowHERment Social during a season of my life when, as a woman (& a mom) running a business, I deeply craved genuine, heartfelt connections with other women navigating similar challenges. This event exists to bring women together—to learn from one another, support one another, and leave feeling inspired, seen, and, most importantly, empowered!
Upcoming Events
The upcoming event, Bloom & Build, takes place on March 28th in Victoria—a perfect way to step into spring and set the tone for Q2 of 2026. This event will feature a speaker panel with four women, creating an open and welcoming space where guests can ask real questions about business, getting started, hiring employees, balancing motherhood, life, and entrepreneurship & everything in between.​
